On-site Service
We provide on-site support for all IT-related supports. Calls can be registered through phone (Ph- 4325634) or fax (4325949) or E-mail(support@fccqatar.com). Call coordinator will contact the customer ,fix an on-site visit time to attend the call ,based on the convenient time of the customer.Our Service Engineer will visit the customer on the prefixed time by the call co-ordinator and will provide the apt solution to satisfy customer requirement.
Annual maintenance contract for IT support
We provide annual maintenance contract for IT support .For those companies which have signed AMC contract with us ,our Service Engineers will be doing preventive maintenance on a regular basis ,to make the office IT infrastructure problem free. In addition to this regular visit ,any number of additional calls can be registered with our Call co-ordinators ,which will be attended with in a time duration of 3 hours.

We provide Backup solution (Tape drive, DVD ,External USB harddisk,NAS,SAN).Network drives are mapped for all users to Backup server. Mapped drive in server is scheduled for Backup. Mails for individual users can also be backed up to this mapped network drive in the backup server.
